The official school supply list appears in the link below, but because it’s generated for the entire 5th grade, there are some items that my students won’t really need in 2022-23. Here’s a shortened version designed to save you some money:

Colored pencils, a pink pearl eraser (no pencil tops), crayons, two 70 page spiral notebooks, a TI-30IIX calculator (watch for a sale when they’re about $12…your child will use it all the way through middle school), 1-doz Ticonderoga pencils, one box of tissue, 4 to 6 glue sticks (avoid generic and store brands…they don’t work), dry erase markers, a three-ring binder, and deodorant. We also need notebook paper, which for some reason isn’t on the list. Here’s the complete list:
