Room 15 Update for Sept. 25th

Families – Thank you for attending Back-to-School Night. If you missed it, take a look at these two pages on the classroom webpage.

Back-to-School Night | The Daily Platypus (district6.org)

Our Autumn bicycle trip is next week. We’d like kids to bring their bikes in on Thurs, Oct. 3rd. They can bring them to the playground gate on Bush Street where we’ll load them directly into the trailer. In the meantime, we’ll be using CPE’s collection of “loaner bikes” to practice riding on the playground.

I’ll be in touch individually with those of you who’ve said you’d like to join us.

As noted at BTS Night, you don’t need to be an official volunteer to visit the classroom. I encourage you to drop in and just hang out with us from time to time. I think it’s healthy for families to see what the 5th grade environment is like.

Thanks for your support!
