We’re proud to announce that Savannah Spencer has been named the Rotary Student of the Year. The award goes to the school’s outstanding fifth grader (though preference is given to a student with a long history at CPE). Savannah beat out a number of excellent finalists, including four other students from Room 15. “It was extremely difficult to choose a winner this year,” said one teacher, “because there are so many great kids in our fifth grade class.” Savannah will attend a Rotary luncheon in March and her name will be engraved on the school’s most coveted plaque.
